Bookings and Fees

Please note that this information applies to the 2010 Conference, which is now over. We're keeping this page on the site for information purposes only, actual registration pages have been removed.

The booking page for 2011 won't appear until January 2011.

Full five day Conference tickets include entrance to all ceremonies, talks, workshops, pilgrimages, events, etc, held during the Goddess Conference from Wednesday 28th July to Sunday 1st August 2010, excluding Saturday evening’s Goddess Gala Masque which is paid for separately.

Accommodation and food are not included in your conference fee. Full fees help pay for Rhiannon bursary ticket holders. US$ and Euro fees include bank exchange costs. If exchange rates markedly shift in 2010 US$ & Euro prices given here will change. 

A 50% deposit secures your place at all events.

Unfortunately we're only able to accept full payment when online payment is made - you may still choose the offline method if you wish to pay a deposit.

Full five day Conference booking fees are as follows:

Bridie- EarlyBird Goddess booking paid before or on March 21st 2010 - £240/$446/€317

Morgen - Booking paid after March 21st 2010 and before or on June 30th 2010 - £260/$484/€343

Keridwen - Bookings after June 30th 2010 - £280/$521/€370

Rhiannon - Bursaries available for single, unwaged parents, unemployed, disabled & students - £140/$261/€185. We want everyone who wants to come to the Conference to be able to. Please apply in writing with evidence.

Melissa - Work in exchange for your ticket. Energy, reliability, enthusiasm and commitment sought. Apply early in writing or by our contact form to Koko Newport . A refundable deposit of £50/$93/€66 is required to book your place.

Kernel - Young people 8-18 years - £120/$223/€158. More than one child, apply for discount. 7 years and under come free.

Day tickets - Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday £50/$93/€66/day; Thursday, Friday £60/$112/€79/day

Single morning talks - £10/$19/€13 each

Morning, Afternoon or Evening (not Sat) tickets - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - £28/$52/€37

Saturday Evening - Gorgeous Goddess Gala Masque and Vegetarian Finger Buffet with wine, soft drinks and great music from Kellianna, Julie Felix and Divine Roots - £24/$45/€32

Accommodation:

Conference fees do not include accommodation. There is an accommodation list here for B&Bs and campsites in the Glastonbury area (for the 2010 conference). We advise you to book your accommodation early as other events take place in Glastonbury at the same time

Cancellation Charges: An administration fee of £25 will be charged for conferees who cancel their bookings up to 14 days before the conference. No refunds will be given within 14 days of the start of the Conference.
