InformationThe Goddess Conference is open to women and men and young people who love the Goddess. We reserve the right to alter details of the programme where necessary to give you the best experience possible, and where circumstances arise which are beyond our control. Please make your own arrangements for personal travel insurance if you should require it. Conference and Exhibition Venues: Glastonbury Town Hall, Glastonbury Goddess Temple, Georges and Miracles Rooms in Glastonbury Experience, Glastonbury Assembly Rooms and environs, all in the centre of Glastonbury. Date and Times: Conference Registration is in Glastonbury Town Hall from 9.30am Wednesday 30th July. Welcome Circle at 11.30am. Afternoon programme begins 2.30pm. Conference Opening Ceremony at 7.30pm. Full conference programme runs morning, afternoon and evening Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, ending Sunday 3rd August 4.30pm. Admission: Exhibitions, individual talks and Fringe workshops are open to the public. Conference Ceremonies, Tribes, etc., are only open to full conference participants and day ticket holders. Abundance Stall: As a change to recent years we will be having an Abundance Stall beside the main sales area of the small Town Hall, where Conference participants can book for a morning or afternoon session to sell their Goddess music, craft and artwork. This will cost £20 per session. Please make your Conference booking, contact Jennifer Cooper for a sales slot, and pay the fee. Contact us for further information on the Conference. Please remember to bring with you: Offerings – ribbons, flowers, sparklies, etc. to decorate the central Maiden Goddess, Ceremonial dress in white, pale green and animal prints for the Opening Ceremony and Procession. Bring drums, rattles and other instruments so you can join in making music. Also remember Goddess finery for Saturday night’s Goddess Masque. Please bring contributions of fruit for Sunday’s Fruit Feast and something lovely to Give Away to someone else. |
