On arrival Conference participants choose to belong to one of Nine Heart Circles for ceremonial participation and mutual support throughout the Conference. Each Heart belongs to one of the nine directional British Love Goddesses – Blodeuwedd the Flower Maiden, Nimue of the Glass Isle, Elen of the Trackways, Ertha the Earth, Sheela na Gig of the Gateway, Arianrhod of the Silver Wheel, Gerwyn the Virgin Footholder, Eostre of Springtime and Nolava the Lover, Lady of Avalon.

In 2010 Kathy Jones, your Conference Webster, is joined by a sparkling Spiral of Spinners: fantastic Roz Bound on Registration, glorious Queen Bee Koko Newport with the Melissas, Pirate Queen Jennifer Cooper with Craftspeople, Artists and Stallholders in the Small Town Hall, gorgeous Georgina Sirett-Hardie organizing Coventina’s Day Spa where conferees can be pampered by healers, masseuses, reflexologists, etc., lovely Annabel Du Boulay, Lisa Newing and Kaye Cooksey looking after Young People, as well as fabulous Priestesses Alexandra Tillie, Isabella Weber, Jacqui Woodward-Smith, Katinka Soetens, Ren Chapman, Rose Flint, Sally Pullinger and Tegwyn Hyndman who design and facilitate Conference Ceremonies.

In 2010 Conference colours are all shades of red, from pink to crimson, and flower patterns. You may like to dress in these colours as you participate in ceremonies, workshops and walk the land. Please bring your voices, drums, rattles and other instruments to join in making music at various times during the Conference and on Sunday’s Goddess Procession.

The Goddess Conference is a wonderful opportunity to learn about different aspects of the Goddess, to renew your commitment to Her, to fully experience Her loving, healing nature, to make your pilgrimage to the Goddess of Love within Avalon’s sacred landscape, to enjoy yourself in the company of like-minded Goddess-loving people, and to meet old friends and new. We look forward to seeing you here in Glastonbury and ask for the many blessings of the Goddess of Love on our Conference.

Wednesday 28th July  WELCOME TO THE GODDESS CONFERENCE

Morning 9.30am REGISTRATION for the Conference begins in Glastonbury Town Hall with apple juice & cider in celebration of Avalon/Afallon, Isle of Apples with Ruth & Sophie Morgan. With magnificent painted Goddess wallhangings by Foosiya Miller and Willow Roe, and Lydia Ruyle’s beautiful Goddess Icon banners. Add your personal offering to the central Goddess of Love created by Sandra Brant and light prayer candles at the main altar.

Also time to view GODDESS ART & CRAFTWORKS in the Small Town Hall from Barbara Meiklejohn Free, Goddess Temple Crafts, Goddess Within, Gwen Davies, Hannah Willow, Karen Mander, Ronnie Hudson, Tiana and Wendy Andrew. In the Miracles Room of the Glastonbury Experience Kay Dayton and Jay Keshava present an exhibition of The Heart of Woman - Reclaiming the Heart as the Sacred Symbol of the Yoni.

Listen, dance and make merry with American songstress KELLIANNA, international superstar JULIE FELIX and with the fabulous DIVINE ROOTS from Glastonbury, which includes a stunning line up of Sally Pullinger, Jerome O'Connell, Lydia Lyte, Sophie Pullinger, Jaine Raine and Tina O'Byrne. 

Sunday 1st August  GODDESS PROCESSION & THANKSGIVING

Morning 10.00am GODDESS PROCESSION through the streets of Glastonbury via Chalice Well and the White Spring to Chalice Hill with a fabulous RED FRUIT & CHOCOLATE FEAST. Please bring 2 flowers to decorate and fruit and chocolate to share. Meditation in the Town Hall for those unable to walk/climb.

Afternoon  2.30pm GIVE AWAY - Bring something lovely to give away to another person.
